There are countless types of package holidays available. Anything that includes a two or three items is a package. If you book a flight, accommodation and transfers that is a package. At present there is a legal loophole and the legal definition of what is a package is unclear. If you book a 'package' with some agents you may not be financially covered, properly insured or end up in accommodation you were not expecting. The packages booked through A.B.T.A. tour operators should be fully covered. If you are unsure check before you book.
